They told me on the 13th day I would lose my hair. Ths was taken of me on the 12th when the first chunks starting coming out that night

The doctors had told me that I would lose my hair on the 13th day after chemo. Like clockwork, my hair came out on the the 13th day. I decided against shaving it. Instead, I chopped it short with scissors and sat on my lanai, running my hands through and through the hair until it had all come out. Pretty surreal...

And finally it had all been pulled out...

Throughout chemotherapy, I used a scalp lotion called Terapo Medik.

My hair started to grow back almost immediately after my last chemo treatment!

My hair actually grew back thicker, darker and curlier than it was before.

This is me today. I trimmed the back of my hair once, but this length took approximately two years to achieve.
